We are certified prenatal and postpartum fitness experts passionate about helping moms feel more at home in their bodies and more connected in their community.
Whether you’re expecting, newly postpartum, or years into motherhood, Motion Mamas is a space to move, breathe, and feel supported—without pressure, comparison, or diet culture.
Our classes are different from your typical group fitness class because they’re built specifically for the needs of moms. We focus on functional strength, core and pelvic floor health, and mindful movement—all in a supportive environment where kiddos are welcome and no one cares if you have to pause to feed, bounce, or take a breath.
This isn’t just a workout—it’s a reset, a community, and a moment for you mama!

This 60-minute walk & workout class is gentle on mamas and fun for kiddos. We use low impact strength-training moves inspired by Pilates, barre, & yoga to leave you feeling strong & energized — not hurting & depleted!
