Who’s it for?
women at any stage of motherhood
must be at least 6 weeks postpartum with exercise clearance from your health care provider
if pregnant, must be no more than 28 weeks at start of the program and have clearance from your health care provider to participate
What will I be doing?
each session will include core & pelvic floor work, functional strength training, mobility & flexibility, as well as mindfulness & stress relief techniques
your guided session work will be complimented by carefully planned out "homework" to maximize the impact of your 4 weeks
bring a yoga mat, weights, & a water bottle to class
babies are welcome to attend with mama
If paying weekly (must commit to all 4 weeks): $75/week
If paying in full upon sign-up: $275 (save $25!)
If only attending classes: $25/in-person class, $15 per virtual
